If you find a lower price (for product and shipping) from a competing Internet retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund 110% of the difference!
Price match must be a competitor’s advertised retail price, and must be from an authorized Internet dealer for that particular brand. Model in question must be exact model, make, and color. The item must also be available in stock for immediate shipment. To receive the low price while ordering simply click the "price match" link. If we cannot honor the price we will notify you before we process your order.



Free Shipping
Purchase an item priced $100.00 or more and we’ll pay the shipping. Contiguous U.S. only, sales tax and prior sales excluded.



Standard Shipping
Items under $100.00 are subject to a shipping charge. Orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or the U.S. Post Office. Most orders usually ship within 48 hours on business days after the order is placed. Orders with several pieces may not always arrive in one package or on the same day. Arrival time may vary by location however, items usually arrive within ten to fourteen business days, unless item is on backorder. Estimated arrival dates (ETA's) are provided for these items but are subject to change. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for the shipping as well as any fees that occur during the delivery process. We cannot be responsible for packages lost that were refused.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Strollers4Less.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the new delivery costs and any change of address fees that may occur during the delivery process.



Express Shipping
Strollers4Less.com is happy to announce that we now offer express shipping. Express shipping expedites the shipping time only. Most orders will ship within 48 hours on business days after initial order is placed unless product is on backorder. Original shipping is non-refundable.


Safe Shopping
Our shopping process uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) transmissions, the industry standard for secure transmissions on the Internet. SSL encrypts your credit card information so that it is unreadable until we receive it. Your credit card information is only requested on pages that are hosted on our Secure Server


Sales Tax
A 6% sales tax will be added to orders from New Jersey residents only.

Cancellations
We ask that you please make sure that your order is correct prior to submitting it to us. Once you place your order our systems begin processing. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us through the Contacts page. We will make every effort to stop the items from being shipped. However, once the order has been tagged for shipping, we will be unable to change or cancel your order, thus you will need to follow the Return Policy procedures stated below to return the items for exchange or refund. All cancellations will require a cancellation confirmation number. Claims of cancellation without this number will not be considered valid.


Returns
Strollers4Less stands behind every product we sell. You may return or exchange unused items purchased from Strollers4Less.com within thirty days of shipment for any reason.

  • We will refund your full purchase price as well as the shipping if the return is a result of our error.
  • Items rarely arrive in less then perfect condition.
    Any damaged or defective products must be reported to Strollers4Less.Com within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
    Since most of the products we sell are backed by manufacturers' warranties, please contact the manufaturer first if you have a problem with the product before contacting us. In most cases, speaking with the manufacturer directly is the quickest, most convenient, and least troublesome way to get what you need.
  • Manufacturer’s support numbers are listed on our Contacts page. If you are unable to come to a resolution with the manufacturer, we will be glad to work to have replacement parts or a replacement product sent out to you quickly and efficiently, and free of charge to you. The manufacturer will determine whether replacement parts or a replacement product will be sent.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and a ten-percent handling fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
    All returns MUST first obtain a return authorization number (RAN). You can get a RAN by logging in under your email address and password. RAN numbers expire twenty-one days after issue.
  • All returned products must be securely packed in the original packaging with all paperwork and accessories included. We are unable to refund money for items that have been used or are missing any parts, manuals, or registration cards. We recommend that when trying out a new stroller, you only use it in clean, carpeted areas until you are sure you are going to keep it.
  • All returns must include a note with the RAN number, the reason for the return, customer contact information and description of the items being returned (Model name, SKU). In order to have a return processed quickly and efficiently, you should enclose this note in an envelope taped to the outside of the box. You may ship the return by the method of your choice, though we do recommend that you insure your package, since we are unable to hold responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
  • Include your RAN number as part of our address on your package (as shown below). Packages not bearing an RAN will be refused by our warehouse. Strollers4Less.com cannot be responsible for shipping charges related to returns that are refused by our warehouse for not bearing a valid RAN.

Refunds
Please allow 1 -2 billings cycles for credit to show on statement. Because some items we carry dropship directly from the manufacturer, we cannot credit for items sent back to the manufacturer until the returned merchandise is verified as received, inspected, and credit is issued.
